She addressed misconceptions about Trump's persona, stating that those who know him personally see a kind and personable man who must project strength for the nation. "If you mess with Donald Trump, you’ll pay the price for it," she asserted, adding that Trump "means business whenever he talks."
The discussion then turned to the impact of the assassination attempt on Trump and the RNC. Lara explained that Trump emerged from the ordeal as a changed man, with renewed faith and energy for his campaign. She described him as feeling like he has a second shot at life, invigorating his mission to lead.

Responding to claims from the left that Trump would avoid debating Kamala Harris, Lara dismissed these as tactics to undermine him. She noted that the Democrats have sidelined figures like RFK Jr. to clear the way for Harris, but assured that Trump is not afraid of debating her. Lara predicted that Harris's appeal would diminish once she begins her speeches, dismissing them as "word salad."
