Taco Bell is defying what you know about drive-thrus.
The restaurant opened its first "Taco Bell Defy" location in a Minneapolis suburb on Tuesday.
The company said the design will "redefine drive-thrus as consumers know it."
Customers will pick a lane to pick up online orders or place an in-person order. The food will be delivered from a "floating" second-floor kitchen by a vertical lift.
With four drive-thru lanes, Taco Bell said orders will take less than two minutes to complete.
If this location is successful, you'll see more pop up throughout the country.
