Would You Lean Off A Skyscraper? You Can In New York

  • A new attraction in New York City will test your respect for heights.
  • City Climb at 30 Hudson Yards lets visitors lean off of the skyscraper at 1,271 feet above the ground.
  • Climbers go through safety protocols, including a Breathalyzer test. Then, attached to a safety harness, they walk up an outdoor staircase to the top of the building.
  • Once the brave people reach the summit, they are encouraged to walk out to the platform, and lean back (or forward) to take in the city.
  • It will cost you $185 to experience the rush. City Climb will be open rain, snow, or shine and will only close if it's 23 degrees or colder or if there is severe weather in the area.
