Government, State, City and County of Honolulu services:

State offices, courts, and University of Hawaii campuses will be closed on Oahu on Monday, July 27.

Oahu's Hawaii State Public Library System libraries, support offices will be closed Monday, July 27.

All city parks will be closed Sunday, July 26

Oahu botanical gardens, city pools, the Koko Head Shooting Complex and People’s Open Markets are closed Sunday, July 26 and Monday, July 27.

State parks are closed Sunday, July 26.

Camping at city parks canceled through Wednesday, July 29.

The city’s Summer Fun program is canceled for Monday, July 27; Tuesday, July 28 is last day and pending.

The city’s (Sunday) Kalakaua Open Street was canceled.

USCIS Honolulu Field Office Closed Monday, July 27

Shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants closed Sunday, July 26:

  • International Market Place
  • Ala Moana Center
  • Pearlridge Center (customers are asked to contact individual stores and restaurants.)
  • Windward Mall
  • All Oahu Zippy’s locations closed at 11 a.m. today.
  • Foodland closed at 12 p.m. today
  • Royal Hawaiian Center canceled its Sunday Market.

More closures:

  • Iolani Palace will reopen July 31.
  • All YMCA of Honolulu branches are closed Sunday, July 26.
  • Moiliili Community Center will be closed on Monday, July 27.
