The judge who presided over Casey Anthony's murder trial does not believe her recent claims that her father, George, was responsible for the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee.

Anthony was acquitted on charges that she killed Caylee but was convicted and spent time in prison for lying to investigators.

Florida Judge Belvin Perry Jr., who is now retired, told TMZ that Casey has changed her story about what happened several times, pointing out that she previously accused a babysitter of kidnapping Caylee. He also noted evidence at the trial that points to her involvement in killing and dumping the body.

Perry also told TMZ there was no hard evidence to back up claims that Caylee drowned in an above-ground pool or that she was being sexually abused by her grandfather.

Anthony is featured in a new three-part limited series, Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies, that will be available to stream on Peacock on November 29.
