Former VP Joe Biden is leading the pack in a new poll of Democratic presidential hopefuls. Biden is expected to enter the race with an online video tomorrow morning. The Reuters-Ipsos poll has Biden at 24 percent among likely Democratic primary voters. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders comes in second at 15 percent. No other Democratic candidate got more than seven percent and "undecided" scored 21 percent.
