A woman who stole money from the accounts of a terminally ill man she was hired to care for has been sentenced to 15 months in federal prison. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports 54-year-old Terri Lee K. Pascua on Monday also was ordered to repay $16,672 to First Hawaiian Bank. Pascua in February pleaded guilty to bank fraud for forging a Kau man's signature on blank checks she had stolen from him.
