Prosecutors have charged a Waipahu man arrested in connection with the stabbing of another man in Pearl City Sunday. Police say the two men were arguing at 8:45 p.m. when one man grabbed an unknown object and stabbed the other man in the chest. The 28-year-old victim was taken to a hospital in serious condition.  Twenty-nine-year-old Benedicto Ceasar was arrested a short time later and charged Tuesday with second-degree attempted murder.
