A Honolulu police solo bike officer was allegedly struck by a stolen Hummer just after 7 p.m. Thursday near Times Supermarket in Waipahu.  The 24-year-old driver of the Hummer initially fled the scene, but was later arrested. Hawaii News Now is quoting sources as saying the driver attacked another man with a hammer, before jumping into the Hummer and sped out of a parking lot.  He ended up hitting the officer's bike, then struck a rock wall and fled.  He was arrested about an hour later on robbery and several other crimes. The officer was not seriously injured.
