The Honolulu Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man killed Monday morning in a motorcycle crash on the Kamehameha Highway onramp to the H-3 freeway. Twenty-three-year-old Matthew John Kreber of Kailua, lost control of his motorcycle at about 7:30 a.m. and struck a guardrail on the onramp.  The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports Kreber was wearing a helmet, but he died from head injuries.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police say speed was a factor in the crash.
