Government Shut-down Would Affect HI Fed Workers & Visitors

If the federal government shuts down Tuesday, an estimated 25,000 federal workers in Hawaii from various agencies, will be staying home.  Mail will be delivered, and Medicare patients will be seen.  But the shut-down will also affect Hawaii's thousands of visitors, with the USS Arizona Memorial, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and other government-run attractions closing.
