The FBI is offering rewards up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrests of those who flash lasers at aircraft over Hawaii skies and across the nation. There were more than 3,900 hundred incidents of people pointing lasers at aircraft reported by the Federal Aviation Administration last year -- 95 of them were here in Hawaii. So far this year through May 16, the FAA reported 32 incidents in Hawaii. But no one has been arrested. A high-powered laser can be temporarily blinding in the cockpit, endangering the lives of both pilots and passengers.
