Honolulu Police and CrimeStoppers have released photos of tattoos found on a dismembered body in hopes of identifying the victim. They've opened a homicide investigation, after two people made the gruesome discovery Sunday on Mililani Cemetery Road. Hawaii News Now reports that Joseph and Sheer Sotelo were collecting cans in a ravine near Mililani Memorial Park when they discovered a garbage bag -- and inside - a severed body. Crimestoppers describes the victim as a large-build man with tattoos, including: a cross on a calf; "evil," "pain" and "hatered" - a misspelling of hatred -- written in a band around a wrist; and a design on an upper arm. If you recognize these tattoos, call 911 or call Crimestoppers at 955-8300.
