FBI officials say a 16-year-old boy who climbed into the wheel well of a Hawaiian Airlines jet in San Jose, California Sunday and ended up in Kahului, Maui, will not be charged. Officials are saying it's a miracle the boy is even alive, much less unharmed after flying five-and-a-half hours in freezing temperatures with a lack of oxygen. Mineta San Jose International Airport spokeswoman Rosemary Barnes says the boy from Santa Clara was seen on surveillance video scaling a fence to get onto the tarmac.
