Lady Gaga has earned her second number one album with ARTPOP.
Her latest debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 this week, selling 258-thousand copies in its first week out. Although she clinched the top spot, the numbers are coming in well below some of "Billboard's" earlier projections.
Gaga took to Twitter Wednesday to thanks fans for buying the album. But she also had something to say to her critics, writing that she will "never understand the overflow of hate sent [her] way." She added, "it's more fun to point and laugh than appreciate the artist."
